I haven't had much of a chance to get to much canning this Summer but luckily my dear friend Ari was kind enough to come over a few weekends ago to help tag-team the best of the Summers veggies!
As always, we begun our adventure with a morning at the Market.
Buying on the freshest, most beautiful veggies we set back home and package these darlings.
Spices from China town are always the freshest and most bright inside pickles!
Ari was a great helper, peeling garlic and doing all the nit picky things I don't like doing.
In the in we finished with some delicious treats; pickled zuchinni, spicy carrots, dill pickles with garlic and spicy dilly beans! Can't wait to dive into these in the chilly winter months :)
